Gregory is the welcoming voice of M3+, nurturing relationships across the community and making sure every member feels seen, supported, and connected to opportunities.
Christian Knebel
Founder/Secretary
Christian oversees the M3+ mentorship matching program and develops the frameworks that help mentors and mentees get the most out of their connections.

Treasurer
Key With a background in UX and product design, Key has grown M3+ into a thriving community of designers across the Dallas area and beyond.
Cozette Kosary
President
Cozette manages the planning and execution of M3+'s monthly events, ensuring every gathering is engaging, inclusive, and memorable for designers at all levels. She brings years of design leadership and community-building experience to M3+.
